SELF TAPPING THREADED INSERTS

These are self tapping threaded inserts which do not require any taps at all. These are threaded from both inside and out side. These threaded inserts can be used in soft materials like woods, plastics, rubbers, mild steel, aluminium, brass, zinc or any soft material.

The main advantages of these threaded inserts are that they are solid inserts which are case hardened to withstand very high loads and when used in light alloys a high degree of pull out strength is achieved which far exceeds the yield strength of mating screw.
